| "I urge you to slow your pace, to approach His "hallowed name" thoughtfully. Take time! Give Hime the respect He deserves. Wait on God. In return, He will give you CLEARER vision. Furthermore, He will soften your will and make you WANT to know and do His will." --Simply Faith by Charles Swindoll | | |
| I am reading the book, thanks tiffany for your encouragement here, by John eldridge called Waking the Dead. don't worry it's not about dead people, but rather about the soul. so many ppl feel worn out, lost sight of their dreams, unfulfilled, and much more. this book talks about getting back to living from the heart. how refreshing if I could remember to live every day from the heart. whoa now that would be sweet! Here's a few statements that i enjoyed thinking about. "A person's character is determined by his motives, and motive is always a matter of the heart....What is the real point of our existence? Jesus was confronted with the question point-blank one day, and he boiled it all down to two things: love God and love others. Do this, he said, and you will find the purpose of your life. Everything else will fall into place.....You cannot be the person God meant you to be, and you cannnot live the life he meant for you to live, unless you live from the heart." | | |

| "Never let the odds keep you from doing what you know in your heart you were meant to do." ~H. Jackson Brown Jr. | | |
| "The secret to a happy life is not in getting what you want. It is in learning to want what you get. Don't waste your time crying over what you're not given. When you have tears in your eyes, you can't see all the beautiful things around you." -Lisa Wingate
